Noemi LaChapelle, is a proud Chicana! American born with Mexican roots!
She was born in Sunnyside, WA to hard-working parents who were kick-ass farmworkers. Apples, cherries, asparagus, corn... you name it, they did it. They taught her that the path you lead in life is yours and yours alone. This simple lesson has followed her throughout her journey.
At seventeen years old Noemi gave birth to her first son and believe it or not was voted, “Least Likely to Succeed” by family members. This was just the beginning. She went from believing it, to shattering that class ceiling!
Noemi has now been a consultant for over eleven years, now owns her own business, has been making over six figures for over the last five years and is thriving! She has a strong background in project management and process improvement. Noemi helps people and teams become better problem solvers and helps companies and businesses build smoother operations.
Her big take-away in life is, “Ask for what you want!” The opportunities are waiting for you.
Noemi lives in Olympia, WA with her husband, three kids and gets a lot of cuddle time with her granddaughter.
